I feel as though I have gotten better at being a leader. I’m delegating, and trusting that the tasks will get done. This is a huge thing, because I am usually a control freak and always want to do everything myself. I love the way our group works together. We run ideas past each other, encourage, and always push ourselves to do the best we can in our work.

Reflecting on Bob Niestradt, I really like the “what if” quote he stated. He said that he started his business so he would never have to say “what if,” and if the business failed then he said he would’ve worked to be the best employee anyone ever had. This sparked a really cool social media post about the “what if’s” in your life (go check it out if you haven’t seen it already). This quote can really tie in with our personal businesses. We are given an opportunity to make our “what if” come true, with a whole slew of support behind us.
